extensive experience in the field of Corporate & Commercial Law matters. He is an effective leader with distinguished abilities in managing & leading personnel for running successful operations
& developing service standards for business excellence.
He has an extensive experience of more than 22 years of consulting industry in the areas of Corporate & Commercial Laws and Restructuring matters. He primarily manages and administer matters
related to M & A, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, Due Diligences, IPO and fund raising Advisory, India Entry including FDI, Corporate compliances and governance, Insolvency Laws, Exchange
control Regulations, dispute resolution, etc.
He is also serving on the board of following renowned companies as Independent director:
Oyo Hotels and Homes Private Limited (A group company of Oyo);
Bharti Hexacom Limited (A subsidiary of Bharti Airtel)- A recently listed company.
